Taking a vacation doesn't magically fix a low libido, especially if you're putting pressure on yourself to instantly feel sexy! Instead of forcing it, focus on what makes *you* feel good in your own skin and communicate with your partner beforehand to set realistic, shared expectations. • Which forms of attention, touch or energy do I experience as truly delicious? In an environment of curiosity, desire grows far faster than in a world of obligation.

Seduce Yourself First

Before you head into your world travels, remember the version of yourself that is playful, confident and excited about life. This may manifest as:

  • Something you put on that makes you feel all too good
  • Words you haven’t done yet with fantasies
  • Sounds that bring you back into your body
  • — Being flirtier, even if you mean with yourself
  • Libido does not always arrive in lingerie; sometimes it waits behind the walls of exhaustion, stress, resentment or simply the absence of a time to breathe uninterrupted.

Desire Needs Conditions
