Encrypted Data & Processing

  • Zero-Persistence Encryption: Physical attributes are encrypted at rest using a user-managed key.
  • Ephemeral Processing: To provide personalized insights, this data is processed on our backend using an ephemeral key provided by your session. This key exists only in volatile memory (RAM) and is purged immediately after processing; it is never stored on our servers.
  • No Developer Access: We do not have access to your unencrypted physical metrics or the keys used to decrypt them.
  • Personal Information:
    • When you register, we may collect your [e.g., name, email address, date of birth, phone number].
    • We may also collect information you provide voluntarily, such as profile details or support requests.
  • Health Information:
    • We collect information related to your STI test results, including [e.g., test dates, test types, results, and associated notes].
    • This data is considered highly sensitive and is treated with utmost confidentiality.
  • Usage Data:
    • We may collect information about how you use the App, such as [e.g., app interactions, access times, and device information].
    • This data helps us improve the App's functionality and user experience.
  • Encrypted Data:
    • All STI test results are encrypted locally on the user's device before being sent to the cloud. We do not have access to the unencrypted data.
    • The encryption keys are only stored on the user's device.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Personalized Analysis: We use your weight, height, and sex to determine your current hormonal life stage (e.g., perimenopause) to provide tailored wellness information.

  • To Provide Services:
    • We use your information to store, manage, and display your STI test results within the App.
    • To allow you to access your data from different devices.

    • We analyze usage data to enhance the App's features, performance, and user interface.

    • We may send you notifications, updates, or support messages related to the App.

    • To monitor and prevent unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
